1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or placing an order through Kornfee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Kornfee.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use Kornfee.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Menu items, prices and promotions may change at any time. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including item unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery outside our service area.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our supported methods (card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery). By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may vary with demand, weather and traffic. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for being reachable so your order can be handed over. Free delivery applies to orders over the threshold shown at checkout.

6. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel free of charge before the kitchen begins preparing your order. Once preparation has started, cancellations may be charged in full. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact support and we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or account credit, at our reasonable discretion.

7. Promotions

Promo codes and offers are subject to their own terms, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated, and we may void discounts obtained through error, abuse or fraud.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• providing false information or impersonating another person;
• attempting to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform;
• using the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• abusing promotions, payment methods or the refund process.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kornfee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data — such as your name, contact details, addresses and order history — in line with our privacy practices, and only to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data. Payment information is processed securely by our payment partners.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. قبول الشروط

بإنشاء حساب أو تقديم طلب عبر كورن-في، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة. تشكّل هذه الشروط اتفاقية ملزمة بينك وبين كورن-في.

2. حسابك

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وكلمة المرور وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك. يجب عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة وإبلاغنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرح به. يجب أن تكون بالسن القانونية لإبرام عقد في نطاقك القضائي لاستخدام كورن-في.

3. الطلبات والأسعار

تُعرض جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED) وتشمل الضرائب المعمول بها ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. قد تتغيّر عناصر القائمة والأسعار والعروض الترويجية في أي وقت. يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا فقط بعد استلامك تأكيد الطلب؛ ويجوز لنا رفض أو إلغاء طلب لأسباب تشمل عدم توفر العنصر، أو الاشتباه في الاحتيال، أو التوصيل خارج نطاق خدمتنا.

4. الدفع

يتم الدفع عند إتمام الطلب من خلال الطرق المدعومة لدينا (البطاقة، Apple Pay، أو الدفع نقدًا عند التسليم). بإرسال بيانات الدفع، فإنك تؤكد أنك مخوّل باستخدام وسيلة الدفع هذه. نستخدم معالجات دفع تابعة لجهات خارجية ولا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات الكاملة على خوادمنا الخاصة.

5. التوصيل

تُقدَّم أوقات التوصيل المقدَّرة بحسن نية لكنها غير مضمونة وقد تختلف حسب الطلب والطقس وحركة المرور. أنت مسؤول عن تقديم عنوان توصيل دقيق وعن إمكانية الوصول إليك لتسليم طلبك. ينطبق التوصيل المجاني على الطلبات التي تتجاوز الحد الموضح عند الدفع.

6. الإلغاء واسترداد الأموال

يمكنك الإلغاء مجانًا قبل أن يبدأ المطبخ في تحضير طلبك. وبمجرد بدء التحضير، قد تُفرض رسوم الإلغاء بالكامل. إذا وصل طلبك تالفًا أو ناقصًا أو غير صحيح، تواصل مع الدعم وسنقدّم الحل المناسب، والذي قد يشمل استردادًا للمبلغ أو رصيدًا في الحساب، وفق تقديرنا المعقول.

7. العروض الترويجية

تخضع أكواد الخصم والعروض لشروطها الخاصة، وقد تكون محدودة زمنيًا أو كميًا، ولا يمكن استبدالها بالنقد، ويجوز سحبها في أي وقت. لا يجوز الجمع بين العروض ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحةً، ويجوز لنا إلغاء الخصومات التي تم الحصول عليها عن طريق الخطأ أو إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال.

8. الاستخدام المقبول

أنت توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة، بما في ذلك:

• تقديم معلومات كاذبة أو انتحال شخصية شخص آخر؛
• محاولة التدخل في المنصة أو تعطيلها أو الوصول إليها دون تصريح؛
• استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو بما يخالف هذه الشروط؛
• إساءة استخدام العروض الترويجية أو وسائل الدفع أو عملية استرداد الأموال.

9. حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها". وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل كورن-في المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة. لا يستثني أي بند في هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استثناؤها بموجب القانون المعمول به.

10. الخصوصية

نتعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية — مثل اسمك وبيانات التواصل والعناوين وسجل الطلبات — وفقًا لممارساتنا الخاصة بالخصوصية، وفقط لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. تُعالَج معلومات الدفع بأمان من قبل شركائنا في الدفع.

11. تعديلات على هذه الشروط

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سيتم إبلاغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق أو الموقع، ويُعد استمرار استخدامك للخدمة بعد سريان التغييرات قبولًا للشروط المحدَّثة.
